To keep costs down, we ship domestically by USPS First-Class mail with delivery confirmation**, and internationally by standard USPS Parcel Post.

**NOTE: This is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number. The carrier will not provide any info until after the shipment is delivered to your location.

If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will wait to ship your order until all items are available. If you need a partial shipment please contact to arrange payment for additional shipping.

All orders placed on weekdays by noon Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the same day. If we need to hold your order for any reason, you will be promptly contacted via email or phone.

While we are happy to provide free shipping to our US customers and $7 flat-rate shipping to our international customers, keep in mind that once the package is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

If insurance is purchased, our postal service limits lost-package claims to after 14 days (30 days for international) and before 60 days from the ship date. Please keep this in mind if your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We will ship your order within the US by First-Class US Mail by default. This shipping option arrives within 2-5 business days!

If you need your order to arrive more quickly, please choose a faster shipping option during checkout.

International Shipping

We will ship most international orders by USPS Parcel Post for a minimal charge of $7. Please keep in mind that this method of shipping can take 2-6 weeks.

To obtain faster shipping, please use Fedex, UPS, or USPS Priority or Express Mail.

* We reserve the right to combine orders for shipping within the same processing period. This applies to multiple orders placed by the same customer and shipping to the same address. Orders shipping to different addresses will not be combined.

We are required by law to declare the value of international packages, so we will declare them at the invoice price minus the shipping cost. Customs duty will vary from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic USA orders - First-Class mail and USPS Priority Mail Enter a delivery confirmation number into the search box at to check whether your package has been scanned and finally delivered to its destination. Note: This is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number. The carrier will not provide any info until after the shipment is delivered to your location. USPS is not required to update information for these packages at each scanning facility. Tracking is only available for USPS Express Mail. 

USPS may not scan the package until it reaches the local station just before it is delivered. Therefore packages cannot be tracked with this number, and some packages may show as "delivered" when they are en route to the local destination. This is just how the postal system works.


Tracking is available for orders shipped by USPS Express Mail. Note: Tracking is NOT INCLUDED with First-Class or Priority mail.

Warranty and Returns

Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We take the time to create the highest quality products to carry in our store.

FOURSEVENS 10 Year Warranty

FOURSEVENS warrants its products to be free from defects that compromise their functionality. We take the time to pick the highest quality products to carry in our store.

We will repair or replace, at our option, without charge, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service within 10 years from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Such repair or replacement shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than FOURSEVENS.

Accessories Warranty: For all FOURSEVENS parts and accessories, including our batteries, our warranty is 12 months and covers manufacturer defects.

Refunds and Exchanges from Other Sellers:

Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller for refunds and exchanges. In other words, if you didn't buy the light from us, please contact the store you bought it from concerning repairs, returns or exchanges.

Clearance Items Excluded:

All items purchased in the clearance category are sold AS-IS without FOURSEVENS warranty support. All clearance sales are final.

Warranty Claims:

Email us at with a detailed description of the issue. Please include your order number, if applicable. Alternatively, you can call us at 678-608-0308. Phone lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please do not send us anything without contacting us first for an RMA #.

Product Returns

In the case that you are not satisfied, returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is still in new, re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us first before returning a product for exchange/refund/or warranty repair.

  1. All incoming packages must have an RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the package.
  2. Postage for all product returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. All returned items MUST be shipped back to the store of their origin. For example: a flashlight purchased from must be returned to the store in the USA, not Canada or Poland.
  4. Any attempt to disassemble your flashlight will void your warranty - please check with us first.
When contacting us, you must have:
  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of your problem.
Our customer service representatives may step you through a few procedures to see if the problem can be resolved without sending in the light. Once a return is authorized, please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number may be refused and returned to you. Send the product to:

To be added to our monthly email newsletter which includes special discount codes, simply go through the checkout process and register for an account with our store. The process is simple and painless.

You do NOT need a Paypal account to check out. When you reach the payment screen in the check-out process, make sure to check the "Pay by credit card" button, and enter the credit card information correctly.

Please include your full name, address, email and most importantly the order number or details of your order. Once your payment arrives, we will confirm receipt of your payment by email.

Payments must arrive within 30 days of placing the order, or your order will be automatically canceled. Once your payment clears, your order will ship immediately and you will receive an email notification.

Some international orders may require wire transfers. A $35 fee is required for all international wire transfer orders (you can add this required fee to your cart here).
