In this podcast, Cathi Bond talks about the hot trend for guys’ fashion: skinny rocker pants, and, as JC Report says, to go with them, taut behinds.

Meanwhile, Nora Young has a supercool do-dad, via Technology Review. It’s called Qwerk! It’s a do it yourself, all in one robot, that designers from Carnegie Mellon University hope will encourage people to hack their robots, or follow the “recipes” included.

    Ladies,

I have to humbly disagree with your gleeful pronouncement that the great unwashed masses of straight men are all going for this Ramones effeminate look !

Vancouver has plenty of kids sporting tight pants, designer asymmetrical haircuts and riding around crappy 10 speed bikes … but these trenditarians don’t represent the ‘average’ guy by any stretch.

That said, I didn’t say skinney pants weren’t all the rage — far from it —
