FOURSEVENS warrants its products to be free from defects that compromise their functionality. We will repair or replace, at our option, without charge, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service within 10 years from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Such repair or replacement shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than FOURSEVENS.
Accessories Warranty: For all FOURSEVENS parts and accessories, including our batteries, our warranty is 12 months and covers manufacturer defects.
Refunds and Exchanges from Other Sellers: For warranty and repair, please see the information below. For REFUNDS and EXCHANGES of items purchased from other sellers, please contact that seller directly. In other words, if you didn't buy the light from us, please contact the store you bought it from concerning refunds or exchanges specifically. We are not able to offer refunds for items purchased from other sellers.
Clearance Items Excluded: All items purchased in the clearance category are sold AS-IS without FOURSEVENS warranty support. All clearance sales are final.

Please do not send us anything without contacting us first for an RMA #.
